Gallery G-77 is seeking artists, photographers, and sculptors to participate in international art fairs around the world.

With over 20 years of experience, our gallery exhibited across Europe and America, helping artists to expand their presence in the international art market.

We offer a remarkable opportunity for artists to gain global exposure and increase sales. Apply now to take your art to the international stage!

After the thorough review of open call submissions, between 15 and 20 artists will be selected based on artistic quality, concept and alignment with the fair’s vision. Each selected artist will have the opportunity to showcase their work at the most suitable fair from those the gallery plans to participate in during 2025.

Applications close March 20, 2025, and selected artists will be notified by March 25, 2025.

What We Propose:

Our mission is to empower artists to exhibit with confidence by providing comprehensive support throughout the entire process. With our experienced staff handling logistics, applications, and presentation, artists can focus on showcasing their work and connecting with audiences. Since artists cannot apply directly, Gallery G-77 serves as their representative, managing all necessary applications for submission to the fairs' curatorial committees. From application processing to exhibition logistics, we ensure that each artist receives expert guidance and strong representation on the global stage.

Selection

Our gallery experts carefully pre-screen submitted works and provide feedback to artists. Selected artists receive a consultation. Their portfolios are then professionally prepared for final approval by the fair’s curatorial committee, including content writing and English translation to ensure a compelling presentation.

Curation

Selected artists receive comprehensive consultations, including guidance on choosing the most suitable art fair for their work. We provide individual recommendations on artwork selection, consult on competitive pricing strategies, and design the presentation of artworks within the booth. If you have no prior experience with art fairs, you can rely entirely on our specialists to support you throughout the process. We are committed to making your participation a smooth and rewarding experience.

Exhibition Opportunities

Artists approved by the fair’s curatorial committee will have the opportunity to exhibit their work within the gallery’s booth and participate in the fair under the gallery’s representation.

Logistics Support

We handle booth setup and management and assist with shipping and logistical complexities, including import/export procedures, tax declarations, and accounting. For artists unable to attend, our local staff provides trusted representation.

Marketing and Promotion

We promote participating artists through event websites, catalogs, social media, and PR campaigns, ensuring maximum visibility among collectors and visitors. Additionally, we proactively engage collectors in advance, sharing selected artworks before the fair. This early exposure facilitates pre-sales and makes meetings and transactions at the fair more efficient.

Networking Opportunities

Artists can connect with collectors, curators, and art enthusiasts. We facilitate communication and assist with language barriers if needed. Even if an artist is unable to attend, we provide visitor feedback in post-event reports.

Sales Assistance

The gallery facilitates sales, charging a 15% commission on sold works. We ensure that all aspects, from pricing and payment to paperwork, are handled professionally and smoothly.

Art Fairs

Art fairs vary in location, scale, visitor demographics, price ranges, and trends, making it crucial for artists to choose the right event, timing, and season to exhibit. An art fair is a dynamic marketplace where artists, galleries, collectors, and industry professionals come together to showcase and acquire contemporary artworks. Held in prestigious venues worldwide, these events provide a unique platform for artists to gain international exposure, connect with collectors, and expand their professional network. Unlike traditional exhibitions, art fairs focus on sales and visibility, attracting buyers actively seeking new works. By participating, artists can present their work in a professionally curated setting, benefit from strategic marketing, and access new opportunities for career growth. If you’re looking to take your art to a global audience, an art fair is the perfect stage to elevate your artistic presence.

Why Participate?

Visibility: Art fairs offer a platform to showcase your work to a broad audience, including collectors, curators, and art enthusiasts from around the world.
